If it is a field where rigorous work is the norm, like a bouncer or something like that it’s usually okay to think that they mean someone who can lay someone out or something like that. But if it is like at Home Depot or something like that then naw. Especially with OSHA guidlines and shit like that there isn’t anything where you are really doing rigorous work. The worst you will run into is tennis elbow from lifting and shifting all day.
